i Meditate Africa – Africa Unites during Africa Month and Africa Day

COVID 19 has abruptly brought an unprecedented change in the world. Some lives have been disrupted in varied intensities. It has forced the world to pause, reflect and look at life from a broader perspective.

During this global pandemic, meditation has become incredibly important in helping individuals to cope effectively with daily anxieties and uncertainties. A deliberate focus on being calm and ensuring peace of mind has become the need of the hour.

To help combat the Covid 19 situation, Gurudev is holding a series of conversations with industry influencers across the globe. These daily conversations are followed by a global meditation twice a day. Each meditation has approximately 2 million sessions in over 140 countries around the world.
