There has been a specialty here, that people from all religions come together and work here. All the ambassadors of different beliefs are welcoming each other. The Saints have presented an appreciation letter to Sri Sri.
Sri Sri: Are you all Happy? You are so happy what to say? Should we talk or we should do Satsang?
Our Mind is amazing. The brain which has made amazing things! What do you think will it manifest?
When there are lots of desires then your energy drains. When your mind is calm then it becomes sharp like a laser. When a saint blesses you it manifests. Today scientists are working on the mind power in India. We have already done it centuries before.

In life everything is changing. Body is changing, our mind is changing. There are lots of changes that happen in the body in one year. Meditation is finding that which does not change within us. If everything is changing, then that non-changing aspect through which the change is measured! When we meditate we get connected to that aspect of ours that does not change.
There is a saying. We have butter in hand and we are crying for ghee. This means we have the potential, only that we need to explore that. The main aim of your life is that you should live a simple life, and see that all are yours. The whole world is your very own.

We have completed 30 years of the ‘Art of Living’. In these 30 years, you go to any corner in world...South most city in Argentia  or the Northpole, there also you will find people doing Sudarshan kriya.
People across the world have undergone the ‘Art of Living’ course and immensely benefited from it. Volunteers across the world are working for this. How are you all feeling sitting here?

 If there is no love in life, and you have everything else...one cannot imagine a life like this. There is love in every atom of your body and that is the reason that all atoms are together. Today let us all sit and meditate.
Coming towards the self is meditation!
As we all are humans we all have to do something as a responsibility. When our needs are less and we take more responsibility then we stay happy but if we take less responsibility and have more needs then we are unhappy.
As our responsibility, we must all stand against corruption.
How many of you are ready to stand up against corruption?
Let us all stop corruption.
Corruption starts when we do not feel that others belong to you.
Due to lack of spirituality, corruption is going on, fanaticism is going on and there is chaos in the society.
I would tell all the officers that they must put at notice board in their office saying  they will not take any bribe. Normally we point out the bad qualities in others.
Let us appreciate the good qualities in others.
Even for children we must always appreciate their good qualities, else they become insensitive. If we keep on pointing the bad qualities, children become so insensitive. 
There is female foeticide in some parts of the world.  There is a saying if you kill 100 wise men then that is equal to kill one sanyasi...and if you kill one women, it is equal to killing 100 sanyasis. I would tell all doctors that they must not support female infanticide.
One day we all will die, so till the time we are here let us do something good.
Let us bring smiles to faces of people and happiness to people. I have met so many people across the world; I always feel that we are connected.
We are not new, our soul is old. We all have come here so many times on this earth.
If you meditate you will also know that. I would wish everyone to involve in service activities. Let us do something by which you and the world both smile.
That is the mantra of ‘Art of Living’.
Be happy, make others happy.
Are there any questions?
We will pledge to work against alcohol addiction.
People drink alcohol at all times...marriage, party..when some one dies..to forget sadness. Not knowing that this way things bounce back multi-folded. 
I can give you such an intoxication... that is such high that you will not need to drink alcohol at all.
Once you undergo Sudarshan kriya, you can experience the intoxication of meditation and yoga. All become happy and enthusiastic.

In Punjab 75% youth are into drugs..
Such state will not have bright future if so many youths are into drugs. Rajasthan people must work to help these youngsters to get out of addictions. Rajasthan and Punjab are nearby states, you all can work together.

Q: what to do when heart breaks in love?
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: Then come here, we will repair it.

Q: There is lot of stress in students and they suicide. Can you please talk about that?
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: you are not educating students in spirituality. You are only pressuring them. The education system needs to be made stress free and student friendly. They need to know the ways to be free from stress.

Q: we feel to meet you again and again...?
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: I am like that ... , people across the world tell me the same! we all are God men and we all have the saint consciousness.
The one whose heart is opened up and there are no barriers, then you are like a saint.
IIT - Intense Inner Transformation.
While studying listen to some soothing instrumental music once in a while.
Eat light food.
Take good rest and do pranayama.

Q: Can spirituality make a Divine society?
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: Yes for sure!
There is a village - Katheiwadi in Maharastra and a teacher of the ‘Art of Living’ worked for three months there. Such a Huge transformation there! To such an extent that there is a shop where there is no vendor, people honestly go and take items from there and pay money. That is one of the most honest villages in the world. This village is completely independent now.
Now no one drinks alcohol there.
All people there do Satsang and meditate.
From last 3 years such good work is happening in that village.
More than 200 villages are now working towards creating an ideal village.

Q: Are you coming to politics..?
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: For me politics is a small area to work. I want good people in all parties. I would encourage good people to come in politics. Normally good people avoid going into politics. But only good people, not only good but action oriented good people can bring about much needed transformation. 

Q: when we have so many saints in India, then why do we have so many bad things happening..?
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: Do you ask there are so many hospitals...now are hospitals responsible for people becoming ill?

Knowledge Bytes: You know, there was a research done about the sound that is made when Earth rotates and it was found that the sound was same like 'Om'.

Does anyone know the meaning of the names of the months?
If you analyze and see, you will see that all the names 'October, November' are all actually Sanskirt names. India has given these names.

(A gentleman shared: The first aeroplane was actually from India!
An Indian actually first flew it in Mumbai. It was printed in the news paper in England. 30 years later the Wright brothers flew it.)

Ok! Let us all meditate now.
For next 10 minutes, we will follow these rules
I want nothing.
I am nothing.
I do not want anything.

Keep one desire in mind today and it will get fulfilled, but only 1 desire...not many and it must be a strong one, focused. Actually, I don't mind two as well!
Ok let us now meditate.  A little yoga before! Let us get the stress out of the system.

Ok now close your eyes.
